Richmond, Va.–Virginia Commonwealth University is competing in a 10 week competition with other schools across the country to see which school can recycle the most.
RecycleMania features more than 600 schools nationwide with the goal of getting students across the county excited about recycling and to take home bragging rights as the 2011 RecycleMania Champion.
Steven Heinitz, VCU’s Recycling Coordinator, spoke more about RecycleMania in our studio.
