    The Capitol Square Classic Fundraiser, sponsored by the Massey Cancer Center, raised about 11, 000 dollars this year. VCU poets compete in poetry slam

RICHMOND, Va.– On Feb. 7th, VCU’s Slam Nahuatl held it’s first Ram Slam of the year. This event came just days after the the group won 1st place in a regional poetry competition held at Virginia Tech. They will advance to the College Unions Poetry Slam Invitational in California this April where they will compete against collegiate poetry teams from around the nation.
